New Home Loan «FIXED 2 Business Premises»
The «FIXED 2 Business Premises» offers the following advantages:
- A 4,15% fixed interest rate for the first two years.
- A floating interest rate of ECB+2,00% (currently 6,00%) for the remaining duration of the loan.
- For home loan transfers from other banks, you can receive a 12-month grace period, paying the first payment instalment a year later, with interest capitalisation.
- After the first six years, you can payback early without any penalty and you are also free to convert to any fixed interest rate.
- Also applies for home loan transfers.

How much money you can borrow

How to repay
The loan repayment period can extend up to 40 years with payments equal to the amount, of your current monthly rent.
How do I secure the loan
By mortgage deed registration of 120% on the loan amount. If the property's value is not sufficient, another property (house or building site) can be provided as security.
