New Home Loan «FIXED 2»
The «FIXED 2» Home Loan offers the following advantages:
- A 3,65% fixed interest rate for the first two years.
- A floating interest rate of ECB+1,50% (currently 5,50%) for the remaining duration of the loan.
- For home loan transfers from other banks, you can receive a 12-month grace period, paying the first payment instalment a year later, with interest capitalisation.
- After the first six years, you can payback early without any penalty and you are also free to convert to any fixed interest rate.

The «FIXED Extra» Home Loan offers the following advantages:
- A 2,95% subsidised floating interest with a fixed instalment payment for the first year.
- A floating interest of ECB+1,40% fixed margin (currently 5,40%) for the remaining duration of the loan.
- For home loan transfers from other banks, you can receive a 12-month grace period, paying the first payment instalment a year later, with interest capitalisation.
- After the first five years, you can payback early without any penalty and you are also free to convert to any fixed interest rate.
