Additional expenses to be covered by a €30.000 personal home loan

Providing you with clear information is one of our guiding principles. Purchasing property may include unforeseen expenses that should be taken into account prior to the purchase of your home.

Such expenses may include:

1. Tax, exceeding more than 10% of the contract’s value

2. Your lawyer’s fee, for documentation and representation in contract (approx. 1,5% of the contact’s value).

3. Real estate broker’s fee (approx. 2% of your property’s value).

4. Expenses for recording the property in the land registry (approx. 0,475% of the contract) and expenses for mortgage deed registration (approx. 0,825% of the deed).

5. Moving expenses, or other costs.

All the above expenses must be taken into account before you finalize your loan as they can amount to a significant sum of money. If you need help covering some or all of these expenses, ask us about obtaining a personal loan at low interest.
