Home loans free of lawyer and mechanic fees

Meeting its customers’ requests, the Greek Postal Savings Bank has decided not to charge fees for the Home Loans’ Legal and Technical control, while for the loans that have not been funded yet, these charges will be covered by the Bank.

The total amount credited to the loanees’ profit is estimated to rise up to €900, while customers are only charged for the home loan application fees (€30 or €50, depending on the case).

The Greek Postal Savings Bank has recently launched a new generation of home loans, such as the Home Loan “It’s mine” (“Mou aniki”), including special benefits for its customers, such as the option for a reimbursement period of 40 years with beneficial interest rates and allowances.

For example, for a €100.000 loan, the monthly payment is just €375 for the first year with floating interest rate 3,18% (plus 0,12% charge of the L.128/75) and a reimbursement period of 40 years. In case the customer wishes to reimburse its loan earlier on, there will be no charge for that. From second year, the monthly payment will be €387 and the interest rate 3,38% (plus 0,12% charge).

At the same time, the loanees of that particular loan can purchase the pre-approved T.T. VISA credit card with everlasting free registration and, most importantly, with the market’s lowest interest rate, 9% only!
