T.T. Visa and T.T. Visa Gold Credit Cards

On the occasion of publications made in the daily press and reports on television channels concerning changes carried out by certain banks concerning the manner of calculating interest on amounts that concern purchases made using credit cards, the Greek Postal Savings Bank would like to underline the following:

«The Greek Postal Savings Bank issued credit cards T.T. Visa and T.T. Visa Gold continue to offer an interest free grace period. The interest free grace period can amount to up to 45 days and concerns purchases which are paid in full. Furthermore, the Bank continues to offer a beneficial interest rate of 9% - without time limitation - for the entire range of transactions made on using these cards (purchases, cash withdrawals etc.).

Consequently the credit cards offered by the Greek Postal Savings Bank do not follow the manner of calculating interest adopted by other Banks, which charge interest from the first day purchases are made using their cards.»
